Nevada was recently rated the number one state for a favorable business climate for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
Every year the National Policy Research Council publishes a report called America's Best Cities and States: The Annual Gold Guide to Leading Rankings. The most recent ranking had Nevada as the leading place in the United States for small business.
Last week I had breakfast with an investor who is establishing a company to invest in residential real estate located in a place he claims is the hottest growing place in the nation for residential real estate. It consists of a single zip code. The zip code is a suburb of Las Vegas, Nevada.
